Yes, there are no lock-in contracts but do understand that if your website is exceeding the limitations of the higher-tier plan it will probably fail or crash if you downgrade.

No, we work on a per-site basis unless specified otherwise.

What happens if I exceed my storage space?

We contact you. We do not impose hard limits which means your site will not go down just because it has reached one of its limitations.

What happens if my payment doesn’t go through automatically?

We contact you. We do not impose hard limits on renewal dates but need to communicate with you in a situation like this.

If you are unreachable, your account will be suspended.
